Helping Children Heal. Helping Families Thrive.
At SOZO Child & Family Wellness, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to feel safe, confident, connected, and empowered to reach their full potential. The word "Sozo" comes from the Greek language and means to save, heal, restore, and make whole—a philosophy that guides everything we do.
Our mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health services that strengthen children, empower parents, and support families through life's challenges. We create a welcoming environment where children and adolescents can build emotional resilience, develop healthy coping skills, improve relationships, and discover their strengths.
Whether a child is experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, social difficulties, or major life transitions, our team is committed to providing personalized care that meets each family where they are. We believe healing happens through connection, collaboration, and hope.
Our services include individual therapy, family therapy, parent coaching, and engaging therapeutic groups designed to help children build confidence, regulate emotions, improve social skills, and strengthen family relationships. Every program is rooted in evidence-based practices and delivered in a way that is interactive, supportive, and developmentally appropriate.
At SOZO, we don't simply focus on reducing symptoms—we help children and families build lifelong skills that promote emotional wellness, healthy relationships, and lasting success at home, school, and in the community.
